LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse in a long-term care (LTC) setting located in Albuquerque, NM, US. Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per the care plan and facility policies
- Monitor patient status, document changes, and escalate concerns to the supervising nurse promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide routine nursing care during night hours
- Perform basic nursing procedures, wound care, vital signs, and charting with accuracy
- Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed; maintain organized, clean work areas
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and timely communication

- Active LPN license

- Availability to work the night shift (18:30–07:00)
- Willingness to commit to a 7-week assignment
- Ability to perform essential nursing duties in a long-term care setting
