Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg Tele Job
Registered Nurse, Med Surg Tele | Needham, MA | Start date 10/05/2026 | 13 weeks | $2,542–$2,709 per week | 72 biweekly guaranteed hours | 12-hour rotating shifts (weekends and holidays required) | Travel - Temporary Assignment in a general care setting. This role features a float pool assignment, with responsibilities on Med Surg Telemetry floors as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for Med Surg Telemetry patients, including ongoing assessment and documentation
- Monitor telemetry data, respond to rhythm changes, and administer medications per orders
- Perform basic nursing procedures (IV therapy, wound care, patient education) and escalate as needed
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and update care plans; ensure patient safety and comfort
- Float to overflow and related Med Surg Telemetry areas as required; adhere to unit standards and policies
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Ability to pass Telemetry Competency Exam
- Must be able to float to Med Surg Telemetry floors and overflow areas
- Onboarding requires pass ECG/Telemetry test with an 85% passing score on the first attempt
