Surgical Technologist (Certified) travel assignment in Holdrege, NE, United States. Start date 05/25/2026 for 12 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,151 - $2,209 per week with 0 guaranteed hours. Shift: 5x8 Days. This travel assignment takes place in a rural critical access setting.

Responsibilities
- Assist the surgeon during operative and invasive procedures, passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.
- Prepare the room with anticipated instruments, sutures, supplies, and equipment for each procedure; verify instrument counts and notify the circulating RN of discrepancies.
- Apply medical/surgical asepsis, support patient safety, and maintain patient privacy and dignity throughout the perioperative process.
- Position, prep, and drape patients; handle specimens appropriately and assist with intraoperative specimen care.
- Collaborate with the nursing team and sterile processing staff; prepare and restock supplies between cases; assist with room turnover.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by the NBSTSA
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Education: High school diploma or GED; graduate of a Surgical Technology program
- Age-appropriate patient care experience and ability to work in a surgical environment
- Capacity to work in a rural critical access setting and adapt to varying case mixes
