Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care travel assignment in Laconia, New Hampshire. Start date 05/16/2026 for 12 weeks, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for residents in a long-term care setting under supervision
- Administer medications and document findings accurately in the charting system
- Monitor vital signs, assess for changes, and communicate findings to the supervising clinician
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and update care plans
- Maintain safety protocols, prevent falls, and support infection control and wound care as directed
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license; NH licensure or eligibility per state board requirements
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred (not required)
- Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
- Willingness to commit to a 12-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work in a collaborative team
