Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg|Tele Job
Registered Nurse, Med Surg/Telemetry, Nashua, New Hampshire. This 13-week travel assignment starts July 6, 2026 in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,166 to $2,327 per week with 36 guaranteed hours. Shifts are 3x12-hour days.

Responsibilities
- Assess patients on admission using appropriate interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current status, vital signs, labs, X-rays and other diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement a written care plan under the direction of a Physician
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes; administer medications and manage telemetry as applicable
- Document nursing care and nursing process in the patient record with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, discharge planning, and patient education
- Provide patient and family education, safety reassessment, and continuity of care throughout the shift and transfer of care
Requirements
- Licensure: valid State of New Hampshire RN license or Compact License
- Certifications: BLS certification required; ACLS certification required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
- Experience: 3 years of nursing experience preferred; strong Med Surg/Tele experience
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and in a Med/Surg with Telemetry environment
