Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting.
- Assess patients, monitor vitals, administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record; communicate changes promptly.
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, fall prevention, and patient education.
- Respond to patient requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia (GA)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg RN experience
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and seven-day rotation as per schedule
- Willingness to travel and commit to a 13-week assignment
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills; ability to work in a hospital inpatient setting
