Registered Nurse, ICU – Gardner, MA. Travel assignment starting 04/13/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $1,957–$2,042 per week. No guaranteed hours. Shift: 3x12-hour Nights. Setting: hospital ICU.

Responsibilities
- Assess and reassess patients; plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions and care goals in the ICU
- Provide patient care per standards of care, policies, and procedures; ensure patient dignity and informed family involvement
- Administer medications and IV therapies, monitor sedation, analgesia, and ventilation as ordered
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic data; manage arterial/central access and vasoactive infusions as appropriate
- Document thoroughly and communicate care plans and patient responses to the multidisciplinary team; participate in rounds and handoffs
- Support discharge planning and patient/family teaching; supervise delegated tasks and mentor other staff as needed
- Monitor for complications, maintain infection prevention practices, and uphold VAP bundle components
- Ensure ethical considerations are addressed and escalate concerns promptly
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensure: Current Massachusetts RN license
- Certifications: ACLS required upon hire or active BLS with ACLS obtained within 60 days of hire; CCRN preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1 year med-surg experience preferred; telemetry experience preferred; ICU experience preferred
- Special requirements: MOAB class required within 60 days of hire; ability to work in a high-acuity ICU setting
