- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
- Support wound care, catheterizations, and other routine clinical tasks as directed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and update care plans; ensure accurate and timely charting and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Maine (in good standing)
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work onsite in Westbrook, ME during scheduled shifts
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
