Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) – Travel assignment in Olympia, Washington, United States. Start date: 06/23/2026 for 13 weeks. Shift: 3x12 Nights. Weekly pay: $1,826-$1,913 per week. No guaranteed hours. This travel position is in a hospital setting serving a broad patient population from neonates to geriatrics. Local travelers within 50 miles of the site are not eligible for travel contracts.

Responsibilities
- Deliver respiratory care to patients across the full age range (neonates through geriatrics) per physician orders.
- Manage mechanical ventilation, including initiation, adjustments, and weaning; perform ABG sampling and interpretation; monitor End-Tidal CO2 and O2 saturations.
- Provide airway management support (ET tube care, suctioning, tracheostomy care) and noninvasive ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC).
- Deliver neonatal and pediatric respiratory support as indicated; assist with mask fitting and related interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in rapid response activities when needed, and document care in the EPIC charting system; may float across units as needed.
Requirements
- Active Respiratory Therapist license in Washington state (CRT or RRT)
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS
- Minimum 1 year of clinical Respiratory Therapy experience; first-time travelers accepted; pending license accepted
- Proficiency in mechanical ventilation management, ABG interpretation, airway management, noninvasive ventilation, and neonatal/pediatric respiratory support; End-Tidal CO2 monitoring
- Ability to float across units and work night shifts; EPIC charting proficiency
