Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse seeking a 14-week travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date: 03/02/2026. Weekly pay: $963-$974 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: 18:00–07:00. Setting: LTC – Nursing Home. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following physician orders and facility policies
- Monitor and document patient status, including vital signs, changes in condition, and response to interventions
- Provide basic patient care and activities of daily living support under supervision of a registered nurse
- Conduct routine head-to-toe assessments and report findings promptly to the supervising clinician
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with licensed staff, care teams, and families to support care plans and patient comfort
- Respond to call bells, safety needs, and emergencies in a timely, professional manner
- Support safe patient transfers and assist with mobility and positioning as needed
Requirements
- Active LPN license (unencumbered) to practice in the applicable jurisdiction
- Ability to work nights and meet the 18:00–07:00 shift requirements
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills; able to collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams
- BLS certification (basic life support) preferred or required per facility policy
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced LTC environment
