- Maintain accurate nursing notes and charting; ensure compliance with policies
- Report changes in resident status to the supervising nurse or physician promptly
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care and safety
Requirements
- Local candidates only
- Active LPN license in Alabama
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Ability to work a 3x12 night schedule (19:00–07:30) and provide 36 hours weekly
- Experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Capable of complying with facility policies and safety procedures
