Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) position in a skilled nursing care setting in Clovis, New Mexico. This travel - temporary assignment starts April 1, 2026 and lasts 7 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $989 to $1,036 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0. Shift is 3x12 nights (18:00–06:30). Local-only assignment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to residents per individualized care plans, under the supervision of registered nurses
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
- Monitor residents’ conditions, perform routine assessments, document findings, and report changes promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care while maintaining dignity and safety
- Collaborate with the nursing team and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care and update care plans
- Document care and interventions accurately in the resident’s chart and electronic records
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts (18:00–06:30)
- Experience in skilled nursing care or long-term care settings is preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
