Step into a compelling travel role as a Polysomnographer in Honolulu, Hawaii, where your expertise will guide patients toward deeper, more restorative sleep. This multi-week assignment, beginning on April 6, 2026, invites you to apply your technical skill and compassionate patient care to a dynamic sleep clinic environment, delivering accurate diagnostics, precise PSG setup, overnight monitoring, and critical data that informs treatment plans. You’ll join a collaborative team that prioritizes patient comfort, meticulous data collection, and timely, evidence-based decisions. If you’re driven by clinical excellence and a genuine passion for sleep medicine, this opportunity places you at the core of a vital specialty while offering steady, predictable hours and a platform to grow. And separately, you can explore the beautiful places of this state—white-sand beaches, emerald valleys, volcanic landscapes, and radiant sunsets that turn downtime into unforgettable memories.
Honolulu blends urban vitality with island serenity, offering a unique backdrop for professional growth. Working in this capital city means access to state-of-the-art sleep facilities, modern labs, and cutting-edge polysomnography equipment, all within a culturally rich environment that welcomes diverse patient populations. You’ll enjoy the perks of a sunny climate, easy access to world-class beaches, hiking along coastal trails, and a wealth of dining, arts, and outdoor activities just steps away from your shift. The role also opens the door to opportunities across the U.S. through extension assignments or subsequent placements, enabling you to broaden clinical horizons, collaborate with a range of professionals, and bring best practices back to Hawaii with you.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for comprehensive polysomnography services for adult patients, including setup and calibration of PSG equipment, lead monitoring and troubleshooting during overnight studies, scoring and documenting sleep stages, respiratory events, and arousals, and coordinating CPAP/PAP titration procedures under physician guidance. You’ll maintain patient safety and comfort, ensure data integrity and compliance with lab protocols, and communicate findings clearly to physicians for diagnosis and treatment planning. There’s ample room for professional growth: you can deepen expertise in sleep disorders, participate in quality assurance initiatives, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with physicians, sleep technologists, and support staff on research and patient education initiatives. The role also supports your ongoing development with access to specialty workshops and mentorship within a supportive, collaborative team.
Competitive compensation is a cornerstone of this opportunity. You’ll earn a weekly pay range of $1,402-$1,538 for a guaranteed 32 hours per week, with the potential for extension opportunities that reflect performance and clinical needs. The package can include a bonus as part of the contract terms, plus housing assistance to ease relocation or temporary housing arrangements in Hawaii. The combination of consistent hours, reliable pay, and housing support reflects our commitment to removing barriers so you can focus on delivering exceptional patient care. You’ll also benefit from extension pathways that allow you to stay longer if mutually desired, enabling deeper integration into the lab’s culture and workflows, expanded clinical exposure, and stronger professional relationships.
Support is a defining feature of this assignment. You’ll have 24/7 support while traveling with the company, ensuring you always have help navigating clinical, logistical, or travel-related questions. A dedicated support team is available to assist with onboarding, credentialing, scheduling, and any onsite challenges, helping you maintain work–life balance and clinical excellence even while on the road. In addition, you’ll encounter a culture that values your contributions, provides clear avenues for advancement, and fosters a positive, inclusive work environment where your growth is celebrated as a shared goal.
