Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care (LTC - Nursing Home) in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Start date: 04/01/2026. 16-week travel assignment. Weekly pay: $564-$614 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting) and mobility.
- Assist with transfers, turning, and positioning using proper body mechanics and safety protocols.
- Observe residents’ condition and document changes; take or monitor routine vital signs as directed and report findings promptly.
- Support care planning by implementing prescribed interventions and reporting outcomes to the clinical team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment; follow infection control practices and standard precautions.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team; respond promptly to calls and requests to promote dignity and independence.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in New Hampshire or eligibility to practice per state regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform essential CNA duties in a long-term care setting and work the described 3x12-hour shift pattern
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Physical ability to perform duties typical of a CNA (standing for extended periods, assisting with transfers, lifting with assistance as needed)
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes the stated days and rotation as described in the assignment
