Responsibilities

- Collect relevant data, analyze assessments, and identify diagnoses and care issues.
- Develop and implement a care plan with prescribed interventions to attain patient outcomes; promote a safe and healing environment.
- Evaluate progress, participate in discharge planning, and educate patients and families; delegate appropriately and coordinate team duties.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (California)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- EPIC experience required
- At least two years of recent acute care nursing experience
- Education: BSN preferred
