Registered Nurse – OR, travel assignment in a surgery center setting in San Rafael, California. Start date 04/13/2026 for an 8-week assignment. Rotating shift with guaranteed 32 hours per week. Travel opportunity with a professional perioperative team across multiple specialty lines.

Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care across diverse cases in Urology, Vascular, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Spine, Eyes, and Plastics
- Support pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases, including monitoring of anesthesia, patient positioning, and sterile technique
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and scrub staff to maintain patient safety and workflow efficiency
- Manage equipment, instrument counts, specimen labeling, and documentation of perioperative events
- Communicate clearly with the patient and care team, respond to intraoperative changes, and uphold infection control and safety standards
Requirements
- Peri-Op 101 Certification required
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- CNOR credential preferred
- Demonstrated independence in Urology, Vascular, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Spine, Eyes, and Plastics service lines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical center environment on a rotating schedule
