Responsibilities
- Perform and assist with minimally invasive, image-guided interventional radiology procedures in routine and emergency settings
- Prepare and screen patients, maintain sterile technique, monitor patient status during procedures
- Operate specialized imaging equipment (including fluoroscopy/C-arm), acquire and review images, and ensure radiation safety
- Administer contrast under supervision, monitor for adverse reactions, and manage supplies and documentation
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and other team members; respond to emergencies and participate in student training as appropriate
- Maintain competency across related imaging modalities as needed (e.g., X-ray)
- Must have experience with neuro IR cases (will participate in stroke on-call coverage) and GI embolization procedures

Requirements
- 2 years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
- ARRT R.T.(R) certification
- ARRT VI, CV, or CI certification
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Ability to provide direct patient care in a hospital setting
- Willingness to participate in on-call coverage for neuro IR cases
