Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER) for a travel, temporary assignment in a Critical Access Hospital setting. Location: Kremmling, Colorado, United States. Start date: 06/29/2026. Duration: 12 weeks. Weekly pay: 1,665–1,796 USD per week. Guaranteed hours: 32 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. This role supports a mountain-region facility and may require on-call coverage; some shifts may occur in nearby communities as needed.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct ED nursing care from triage through discharge, including assessment, planning, implementation, and coordination of patient care.
- Stabilize and treat patients with emergent and critical conditions, administer medications and therapies, and apply protocols from ACLS, PALS (or equivalent), TNCC, ATLS, and CEN standards.
- Collaborate with ED physicians, ancillary teams, and support staff to ensure safe, efficient patient flow and timely decision-making.
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record, monitor patient status, and adjust care plans as conditions evolve.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements; participate in ongoing quality improvement and performance improvement activities.
- Participate in on-call coverage and holiday rotations; maintain readiness to respond in a Level IV trauma/CAH environment and provide care in neighboring communities as needed.

Requirements
- Current Colorado Registered Nurse license
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS (or equivalent), TNCC, ATLS, and CEN
- Relevant experience: ER/acute care experience with preference for Critical Access Hospital (CAH) ER exposure
- Education: Active RN licensure in Colorado
- Ability to work in a CAH ED setting, including nights and on-call shifts
- RTO: All requests for time off must be disclosed during the interview process
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision in a small-community hospital ED and travel assignment environment
