Registered Nurse – Emergency Department, travel assignment in Corvallis, Oregon. Start date May 4, 2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,010–$2,176. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Night shift: 3x12-hour nights (1900–0730). Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, ensuring age-appropriate care within the Oregon State Board of Nursing scope.
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, perform assessments, and update care plans accordingly.
- Document care and perform data entry for billing; record case data in the department’s digital archive.
- Collaborate with ED and Progressive Care Unit teams; support ED boarders and PCU needs as assigned; maintain patient safety and effective communication with families when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate charting in the electronic health record; respond to changes in patient condition; advocate for patient and family education.
- Participate in occasional weekend coverage as required for staffing needs.
Requirements
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
- Healthcare Provider BLS required.
- ACLS certification required.
- Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to CAP requirements for moderate complexity testing.
- Recent Acute Care Experience (ED, PCU, ICU) required.
- Ability to work nights and occasional weekends; able to work in ED/PCU/ICU environments.
