Respiratory Therapist (Registered Respiratory Therapist, RRT) – NICU/Pediatrics – Everett, WA. Start date 06/01/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Schedule is 3x12-day shifts. Weekly pay range is $1,903–$2,004 per week. Guaranteed hours are 60 hours per two weeks. This hospital-based role focuses on neonatal and pediatric respiratory care within a Level II Trauma Center network across two campuses, with potential to float to similar units as needed.

Responsibilities
- Neonatal and pediatric ventilator management and weaning
- Non-invasive support: CPAP/BiPAP, Bubble CPAP, HFNC
- Intubation support and neonatal/pediatric airway management
- ABG/umbilical and capillary gas interpretation
- Aerosol therapy, suctioning, trach care, pulmonary hygiene
- NICU transport (inter-departmental) and resuscitation assistance
- Document patient care in EPIC and participate in interdisciplinary rounds
- Floating to like units within the hospital or sister campus as needed
Requirements
- Current Respiratory Therapist license (RRT) required
- Certifications: NRP, ACLS, BLS required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years RT experience; NICU experience required
- Travel: Accepts first-time travelers; locals not accepted
- Work environment: Ability to work in NICU/pediatric units and float to similar units as needed
