Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.

- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion to plan and implement patient care.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, perform treatments, and document interventions and outcomes accurately.
- Communicate plans of care with patients, families, and the care team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Requirements
- Active RN license (California)
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts
- Telemetry experience or demonstrated proficiency in inpatient telemetry care
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work in an inpatient telemetry setting and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
