Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER) in Saint Louis, Missouri, United States. Travel assignment starting 07/13/2026 for an estimated duration through 10/12/2026 (date may be extended). Weekly pay: $1,934–$2,005 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week. Shift: 3x12 Nights. Setting: acute care hospital ER with a 38-bed ED unit serving neonates through geriatrics.

- Travel-appropriate responsibilities with dedicated onboarding and support

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in a high-acuity ED for neonatal through geriatric populations, including triage, initial assessment, monitoring, and ongoing re-evaluation
- Initiate IV access, administer medications and IV vasopressors, interpret basic dysrhythmias, assist with airway management and ventilator care, and perform rapid assessments as needed
- Respond to trauma, STEMI, stroke, and multisystem emergencies with appropriate interventions and coordination of care
- Collaborate with Respiratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, Social Services, Interpretation, and Unit Secretary to support interdisciplinary care; document in the Epic charting system
- Support discharge planning and patient/family education; ensure patient safety and continuity of care; maintain appropriate patient ratios (1:4) and adhere to ED protocols
- Floating within the service line as needed per facility guidance; comply with RTO and onboarding requirements

Requirements
- Active RN license in the United States; MO license may be submitted without license per compliance; IL license must be in hand at submittal
- Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH/NIHSS, and PALS required; CPI and TNCC preferred
- Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience; travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted; patient-ratio and ED performance experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ED environment serving diverse age groups; ability to float within the ED service line as required
- On onboarding: labs completed within 48–72 hours of signing; pre-start modules via WorkRamp completed by two Fridays prior to start; compliance tasks per program guidelines
- Compliance notes: local radius rule (no local candidates within 75 miles); pending license accepted for submission; specifics: MO license allowed for submittal; IL license in hand at submittal
