Travel Radiology CT Tech Job
CT Technologist (CT Tech) – Radiology travel assignment in Pontiac, MI, United States. Start date 06/15/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay range: $2,011–$2,197. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). This temporary travel assignment is in a clinical imaging setting and requires a professional, team-oriented approach. No guaranteed hours are provided for this assignment. ARRT CT certification, two years CT experience, Toshiba CT equipment experience, and BLS (AHA) certification are required to qualify. Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures using Toshiba CT equipment according to prescribed protocols and radiologist orders
- Prepare patients, explain procedures, obtain consent where applicable, and ensure patient safety during imaging and contrast administration
- Optimize imaging parameters to produce high-quality diagnostic images while minimizing radiation exposure
- Operate CT scanners, monitor patient status, apply sterile technique when appropriate, and adhere to ALARA principles
- Verify patient information, document procedures in the imaging system, and communicate results to radiologists promptly
- Collaborate with radiology team to maintain department standards, safety protocols, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- ARRT CT Certification – Required
- Minimum 2 years CT experience – Required
- Toshiba CT equipment experience – Required
- BLS (AHA) Certification – Required
- Ability to work the stated shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and maintain flexibility for weekend rotation
- Experience performing CT procedures in a fast-paced imaging environment
- Compliance with applicable licensing and credentialing as required for the assignment
