Permanent Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room | Day Shift
Pay Rate: $31.35 – $46.59 / hour (based on experience)

Shift: Day Shift (8, 10, or 12-hour options) | No Call, No Weekends, No Holidays

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality intraoperative nursing care across multiple surgical specialties.
Assist with surgical suite setup, sterile field preparation, and terminal cleaning of OR suites.
Work collaboratively with surgeons, scrub techs, and anesthesia providers to maintain patient safety and efficient room turnovers.
Adapt seamlessly to varying case loads including Orthopedics, ENT, GYN, Spine, Urology, Cataracts, and General Surgery.
Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation (Meditech Expanse).
Qualifications
Education & License: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas (or compact equivalent).
Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS required.
Clinical Experience: Minimum hands-on experience in orthopedic surgery (specifically total joint replacements and sports medicine).
Specialty Flexibility: Demonstrated capability to circulate/assist across General, ENT, GYN, Spine, Urology, and Cataract procedures.
EHR: Experience with Meditech Expanse is strongly preferred.
