Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg Job
Registered Nurse – Med Surg in Concord, NH, starting 08/31/2026 for 13 weeks in a hospital setting; travel assignment with weekly pay ranging from $2,184 to $2,262; shift is 3x12 Nights; this temporary travel role supports acute care Med Surg needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for medical-surgical patients in an acute care environment
- Assess and monitor patient conditions; administer prescribed medications and IV therapies
- Perform routine nursing duties, including wound care, assessments, documentation, and care planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system (Cerner experience preferred)
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to implement care plans and coordinate smooth patient transitions and discharges
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and readiness for emergencies; respond to clinical changes as needed
- May be requested to float to other units within the health system to meet patient care needs
Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact state; license verification via NURSYS required
- 2+ years of recent Med Surg Acute Care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications current at time of submission
- EMR experience; Cerner is preferred but not required
- RTO (time off) requests must be included at time of submission
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts and to float to other units within the system as needed
- 1 year minimum as a Med Surg traveler preferred
