Registered Nurse – PACU travel assignment in Marysville, California. Start date: 08/10/2026 for 8 weeks. Shift: Nights, 10 hours per shift (4x10 nights). Weekly pay: $2,104–$2,159. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for a group of patients during the designated shift.
- Prescribes nursing care based on the nursing process that aligns with the medical plan of care, incorporating patient and family input.
- Collaborate with physicians and other health team members; coordinate delivery of patient care to patients of any age (depending on assigned unit), including neonatal to geriatric.
- Integrate teaching and discharge planning needs into the overall plan of care.
- Delegate certain aspects of patient care delivery to other licensed staff based on current clinical competence and scope of practice.
- Maintain patient safety, accurate documentation, and adherence to unit policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Current California RN license (active).
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Ability to care for patients across age groups as assigned unit.
- Availability to work nights on a 4x10 schedule.
- PACU or post-anesthesia care experience preferred; strong communication and teamwork skills required.
- Ability to collaborate with physicians and the health care team and to provide patient and family teaching as part of discharge planning.
