Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a long-term care/Nursing Home setting. This travel, temporary assignment is located in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation; apply fall-prevention practices.
- Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to the supervising RN.
- Assist with meals and hydration; support resident nutrition and feeding as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; comply with infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the care team to implement and adjust care plans and meet individual resident needs.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania.
- Ability to work the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift, Monday–Friday.
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a care team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
