In this role, you’ll own a comprehensive nurse’s toolkit: monitoring and stabilizing patients with complex needs, conducting accurate assessments, managing IV therapies, wound care, pain and infection control, telemetry basics, post-surgical care, and discharge planning. Your responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, educating patients and families, and ensuring smooth transitions from acute care to home or rehab settings.
