CO-Physical Therapist-Days in Meeker, CO, starting 04/27/2026 for 13 weeks. Travel - temporary assignment in a hospital setting. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and implement, monitor, and adjust PT plans of care to restore function and mobility
- Administer therapeutic interventions, including modalities and therapeutic exercises, and document patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists; contribute to discharge planning and goal setting
- Educate patients and families on home programs, safety, and functional activities; promote outcomes and adherence
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital policies
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent; eligibility for Colorado licensure
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in a daytime shift within a hospital setting
- Must reside at least 65 miles away from the work site to meet travel assignment requirements
- Willingness to travel to Meeker, CO for the assignment and adhere to agency timekeeping and invoicing processes
