Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
- Monitor resident status, document accurately, and report changes to the supervising RN
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care needs
- Maintain safety, infection control, and adherence to individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality of care and timely communications

- Availability for 12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM–7:15 AM)
- Ability to begin on or around 04/29/2026; ASAP start considered
- Must arrive 48 hours prior to start to complete New Mexico fingerprinting process
- Participation in clinical interview; please submit interview availability
