Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care in Milford, New Hampshire. Start date: 08/18/2026. Duration: 7 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,116–$1,143 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, document vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, promoting dignity, safety, and mobility.
- Perform routine wound care, dressing changes, and other standard nursing tasks as directed.
- Document care provided and resident responses in the resident chart or EMR; communicate with the care team to support care planning.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 1 year of licensed practical nurse experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Graduation from an approved LPN program
- Ability to work evenings and perform duties on-site in Milford, NH for a 7-week assignment
