Responsibilities
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, while adhering to care plans and physician orders.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition; document and report findings promptly to the care team.
- Perform routine nursing tasks including wound care, vital signs, injections, and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Ensure resident safety, proper infection control, and adherence to facility policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
- Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely, professional manner; provide patient-centered support and comfort.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Maine (or eligible to practice in Maine)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour daytime shifts (06:45–19:15) in a long-term care environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to document clearly in electronic health records
- Able to pass background check and drug screen as part of the assignment process
