Travel Registered Nurse PCU Job
Registered Nurse - PCU in Vail, Colorado, starting 07/27/2026 for 13 weeks. Night shift in a short-term acute care setting. Travel — temporary assignment with guaranteed 32 hours per week. Weekly pay range: $1,935–$2,073 per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for PCU patients, including ongoing assessment, monitoring, and documentation
- Administer medications, schedule and manage IV therapies, and monitor for adverse reactions
- Develop and update patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and intervene per unit protocols; participate in emergency response as needed
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
Requirements
- Active RN license to practice in Colorado
- One year of nursing experience preferred
- CAPS clearance required or ability to obtain; processing may take up to two weeks
- Ability to work night shift in a PCU within a short-term acute care setting
- Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment with guaranteed 32 hours per week
