Responsibilities
- Perform OB/GYN and maternal-fetal medicine ultrasound examinations, including fetal anatomy scans (routine and detailed), OB follow-up scans, Biophysical Profiles (BPP), umbilical Doppler (UMB) and MCA Dopplers, first-trimester assessments, pelvic imaging, sonohysterography, and HyCoSy as indicated.
- Document findings and interpretations in the EPIC EMR system, adhering to clinical standards and within the past two years of EMR experience.
- Manage patient flow, seeing up to eight patients per day (approximately four in the morning and four in the afternoon); twins count as two scans, affecting daily volume.
- Collaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians and obstetrics nursing teams; escalate abnormal findings promptly and coordinate patient care.
- Maintain ultrasound equipment, ensure infection control and safety protocols, and participate in routine charting and quality assurance as required.

Requirements
- ARDMS registration with OB/GYN credential
- Minimum of 2 years OB/GYN ultrasound experience, including fetal anatomy scans, follow-up OB, BPP, Dopplers (UMB and MCA), 1st trimester, pelvic imaging, sonohysterography, HyCoSy
- EPIC EMR experience within the past two years
- Prior travel assignment experience
- Large teaching hospital experience
- BLS certification
- Ultrasound Tech Certification Verification (Equivalency)
