In this ICU RN position, you’ll be responsible for: triaging critically ill patients upon admission, implementing and adjusting complex ventilator and hemodynamic management plans, administering potent medications safely, monitoring life-sustaining equipment, and coordinating with physicians, respiratory therapists, and ancillary staff to optimize outcomes. You’ll lead rounds, participate in family conferences, and educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge plans. You’ll also engage in continuous professional growth by participating in hospital-based training, pursuing advanced certifications, and mentoring new hires to build a resilient, skilled ICU team.
