Registered Nurse, Med Surg — Utica, NY. Travel - Temporary Assignment in a hospital setting starting 06/15/2026 for 13 weeks, paying $2,110–$2,295 per week with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift: 2x3 Nights.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult Med Surg patients, including post-surgical recovery.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor responses; manage IV pumps and NG/feeding tubes as needed.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in EPIC and communicate with the interdisciplinary team; follow the plan of care.
- Monitor patient conditions, respond to alarms and calls, and ensure patient safety and comfort; escalate changes as appropriate.
- Participate in discharge planning and patient education; coordinate with case management and ancillary services.
- Float to related units as required by staffing; adhere to unit policies and infection control practices.
Requirements
- Active New York RN license (Nursys verification) and all active RN licenses
- 2+ years Med Surg experience
- Travel nursing experience required
- BLS certification (AHA)
- EPIC EMR experience
- Valid driver's license with address matching demographics
- RTO must be included at time of submission
