Physical Therapy Assistant position in Camden, Maine. Travel assignment starting 04/27/2026 for 13 weeks in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities
- Implement and adjust physical therapy treatment plans under licensed PT supervision in a skilled nursing environment.
- Assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, range-of-motion and strengthening activities.
- Monitor patient responses to interventions, document progress, and communicate changes to the supervising clinician.
- Support patient safety, positioning, mobility devices, and fall-prevention strategies; ensure proper equipment use.
- Maintain accurate charting and facility documentation in accordance with policy and privacy requirements.
- Contribute to a collaborative rehab team and maintain clean, safe clinical environments.
