Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Franklin, NH. This travel, temporary assignment begins May 1, 2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,065 to $1,135, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Schedule is 3x12 nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). Setting: skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments under the direction of licensed clinicians.
- Monitor patient status, document vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN.
- Provide wound care, injections, and basic clinical procedures within scope of practice.
- Assist with activities of daily living and maintain patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and update individualized care plans.
- Document care activities in the electronic medical record and ensure accurate handoffs at shift change.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire.
- Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts and perform required patient lifting and mobility tasks.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
- Eligible to work in the United States and meet assignment-specific compliance requirements.
