Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date: 07/12/2026 for a 12-week travel assignment. Guaranteed 36 hours per week on a 3x12-hour shift pattern (06:00–18:30). The assignment is in a long-term care setting providing skilled nursing care. This is a travel temporary assignment arranged through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy
- Monitor residents’ conditions, document changes, and report promptly to the supervising RN
- Assist with activities of daily living and promote residents’ comfort and safety
- Perform focused nursing assessments and contribute to care planning
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate charting, follow infection control procedures, and uphold safety standards
Requirements
- Active LPN license
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a long-term care setting
- Experience in long-term care is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to complete onboarding and credentialing requirements for travel assignments
