Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic examinations across multiple imaging modalities as assigned, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images and patient safety
- Properly position patients, select appropriate imaging parameters, verify orders, and document procedures accurately
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols, infection control practices, and equipment QC to protect patients and staff
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other care teams to coordinate imaging workflows and patient care
- Monitor patient comfort and safety during imaging, providing clear explanations and addressing needs
- Maintain accurate imaging labeling, archiving, and documentation; report equipment or protocol issues as they arise
