Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical Oncology (Med-Surg Tele), Nights — Saint Louis, MO. This travel assignment starts 09/08/2026 for weeks on a 3x12 Night shift. Earn $2,071–$2,256 per week with 36 guaranteed hours. You’ll work in a Medical-Oncology unit on an acute-care hospital floor (CHNE 4), a 28-room unit with two Comfort Care Suites. Patient population includes adult medical, surgical, and oncology patients with telemetry monitoring. EPIC charting is required, and orientation is 38 hours. The unit operates with a 1:5–6 nurse-to-patient ratio at night and includes weekend coverage (two weekends every other weekend). Floating within scope/service line is required; on-call is not required.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult medical, surgical, and oncology patients on the Med-Surg Tele unit
- Administer medications, including basic chemotherapy administration/monitoring, IV therapies, and management of ports as appropriate
- Monitor telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias; respond to changes in patient condition
- Initiate and document care in EPIC; coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and unit secretary
- Utilize isolation precautions and PPE, support rapid response/code events as part of the code team
- Support patient and family education, mobility, and discharge planning within a busy med-surg oncology setting

Requirements
- Valid RN license in Missouri (state-approved) or eligibility; pending license accepted for submission per job notes
- BLS (BCLS), NIHSS, and Fire Safety Training required
- EPIC charting experience required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience; first-timers accepted per job data
- Oncology/telemetry and IV access/port management experience preferred; ability to float within Med-Surg/Oncology scope as needed
