Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision and according to care plans
- Monitor, assess, and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in resident condition; administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote resident safety and comfort
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in charting systems; communicate changes to the charge nurse and shifts
- Uphold infection control practices, safety protocols, and quality-of-care standards during night shifts

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license; licensure valid in New Mexico
- Completion of a practical nursing program (LPN diploma or equivalent)
- Ability to work night shift and adapt to a 12-hour nocturnal schedule
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment and collaborate with a diverse care team
