Registered Nurse - ER, Travel assignment in Rangely, Colorado. This travel position begins 05/30/2026 for a 13-week contract. Earn $1,925–$2,044 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to ER patients, including triage, rapid assessment, stabilization, and ongoing monitoring
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, initiate IV therapy, and assist with procedures within scope of practice
- Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs, and respond to deteriorating conditions with timely interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, radiology, lab, and ancillary staff; document care in the electronic medical record; conduct thorough handoffs
- Support discharge planning and transfer coordination for patients requiring continued care in swing bed or other units
- Maintain patient safety, privacy, and comfort in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Requirements
- Active Colorado RN license
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department or acute care experience
- Graduate of an approved nursing program; eligible for licensure in Colorado
- Ability to work night shifts and participate in a travel assignment with credentialing requirements
