Travel Registered Nurse House Supervisor Job
Registered Nurse – House Supervisor, travel assignment in Seaside, Oregon, United States. Start date 05/26/2026 for a Weeks-duration assignment. Weekly pay range: $2,384 to $2,515 per week. Shift is 3x12 Rotating. This assignment is in a critical access care setting with 23 staffed beds. The role provides hospital-wide nursing supervision across Med/Surg, ICU, and ED, with the ability to float to nearby affiliates as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide supervisory coverage across Med/Surg, ICU, and ED; monitor staffing, patient flow, and safety; cover meals/breaks as needed
- Oversee bed management, admissions, discharges, and transfers to maintain smooth operations
- Manage code events, rapid response, and crisis intervention; support discharge planning and patient transfers
- Enforce infection control practices and regulatory requirements (DPH, TJC, OSHA); supervise nursing care across units
- Coordinate with nursing leadership and charge RNs; ensure consistent documentation and patient care across inpatient areas
- Maintain accurate Epic charting and support bed/facility diversion decisions; participate in unit-level quality and safety initiatives
Requirements
- Active RN license in Oregon
- BLS and PALS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience; ED or critical care clinical background required; House Supervisor experience preferred or Charge RN acceptable
- Ability to supervise across multiple units and to float within the facility and to nearby affiliates; Epic charting experience required
- Must have a personal vehicle; ability to travel within the assigned network
- Availability: every other weekend; 3 of 5 major holidays; on-call not required
- Prior Providence facility work must be disclosed (location and dates); two professional references from the past 3 years
