Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Travel assignment in Long-Term Care. Viroqua, Wisconsin. Start date 04/09/2026 for a 13-week contract. Weekly pay range: $2,043–$2,162 per week. 40-hour guaranteed schedule. Shift: Days. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in the LTC setting, including assessments, monitoring, and timely documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Monitor resident conditions, report changes promptly, and contribute to development and updates of plans of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (CNAs, physicians, therapists) to coordinate care and resident transitions.
- Maintain accurate records in the electronic health record and uphold regulatory and quality standards.
- Deliver resident-centered care, including assistance with activities of daily living when needed, with attention to safety and dignity.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing
- Ability to work in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting
- Availability for 40-hour weeks with days shift; start date approximately two weeks from offer
- Prior LTC or SNF experience preferred
- Education appropriate to licensure as RN or LPN (nursing program completion)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to document accurately and follow care plans
