Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical function, mobility, and overall well-being.
- Lead or co-lead therapy segments for patient groups as part of an interdisciplinary approach.
- Assess patient status, document progress, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Deliver individualized and group interventions aimed at restoring physical, social, and functional abilities.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and activity modification.
- Maintain accurate records, meet department objectives, and participate in quality improvement activities as required.
Requirements
- Ability to work in an inpatient care setting as part of a travel assignment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Experience participating in interdisciplinary therapy teams and group treatment formats.
- Commitment to a 13-week assignment starting 06/01/2026.
- Demonstrated clinical judgment and adherence to professional standards and patient safety.
