Travel Surgical Tech Job
Surgical Tech — Travel assignment in Tuba City, AZ, United States. Start date 05/18/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,001–$2,110 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 4x10-hour days. Setting: Surgery center with a broad range of surgical specialties.

Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room by setting up sterile instrumentation and equipment for scheduled procedures
- Assist with positioning, surgical prepping, and draping of patients
- Maintain sterile field, pass instruments, and track instrument counts during cases
- Support the surgical team across multiple specialties (e.g., General, Orthopedic, ENT, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Podiatry, Urology) for adult and pediatric patients
- Perform routine room turnover including post-operative cleaning and restocking of supplies
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and patient safety guidelines throughout all procedures
Requirements
- Completion of an AST-accredited Surgical Technician program or documented on-the-job training or military clinical experience
- Certification/licensure: Must be certified within 6 months after qualifying through NBSTSA (CST or TS-C) or current NCCT certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and ability to maintain current status
- Ability to work in a rotating OR schedule with on-call coverage (night, weekend, and holiday as required)
- Eligible to work in the United States and to fulfill travel-specific requirements; ability to work in a high-volume surgical setting
