Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care, travel assignment in Grantsboro, North Carolina, United States. Start date May 2, 2026 for 13 weeks. Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care to residents under the supervision of a licensed RN
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes, and communicate with the care team
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
- Document care and changes accurately in the charting system
- Support care planning and participate in rounds with the interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Active North Carolina LPN license or compact licensure
- BLS certification
- 1+ year geriatric LPN experience
- PCC experience preferred; 18 months LPN experience recommended
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Ability to work night shift in a long-term care setting
