Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) travel assignment in Sheridan, Wyoming. Start date: 03/09/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $826 to $883 per week. Guaranteed hours: PRN contract (hours not guaranteed). Shift: PRN contract with day or evening availability; mostly Sundays. Setting: LTC - Assisted Living Facility. Employment type: Travel - Temporary Assignment. This position is for picking up shifts as needed within a long-term care/assisted living environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate resident care under supervision, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding support
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers using safe, person-centered techniques; help with range-of-motion activities as directed
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to supervising licensed staff; document care provided and observations per facility policy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; practice proper infection control and hand hygiene
- Follow care plans, medication reminders, and facility procedures; uphold resident dignity, privacy, and safety
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the health care team; escalate concerns promptly
Requirements
- Working in a long-term care/assisted living setting with applicable duties
- Ability to work day or evening shifts; availability for Sundays as needed for PRN shifts
- Physical ability to assist with lifting, positioning, and transfers; stand and walk for extended periods
- Current or readily obtainable CNA certification/licensure as required by Wyoming regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills; commitment to resident safety and confidentiality
