Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients, ensuring high-quality images and adherence to CT protocols.
- Position patients, set appropriate scanning parameters, and apply radiation safety principles (ALARA) to minimize exposure.
- Verify orders, document results, and communicate findings to radiologists; use Cerner or related EMR systems for imaging orders and reporting.
- Assist with CT-guided procedures as assigned, including contrast administration and patient monitoring as required.
- Maintain equipment functionality, document protocol updates, and collaborate with the radiology team to support department workflow.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety, including pre-scan screening, infection control, and clear communication with patients and staff.

Requirements
- Active ARRT CT certification and BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of CT imaging experience in a hospital setting
- Proficiency with CT imaging for inpatient, outpatient, and ED populations; ability to perform CT-guided procedures per protocol
- Experience using Cerner or equivalent EMR for imaging orders and documentation
- Ability to work a 12-hour night shift and participate in a travel assignment in Duluth, GA
